PURPOSE
The personal data of the data subject will be processed for the following purposes:
Apartment Rentals. We use the information of the client / interested party to proceed to issue the reservation voucher and then, if the rental takes place, the occupancy voucher.
Respond to the exercise of rights, inquiries and complaints.
How long will your data be kept?
Your personal data will be kept as long as some kind of contractual or business relationship is maintained between you and APARTAMENTOS MARE NOSTRUM,S.L. and you do not request its deletion. When they are not necessary, they will be kept for the period of limitation of actions arising from the treatment, from the last confirmation of interest or last transaction/communication (6 years, for commercial purposes, Article 30 of the Commercial Code: documentation, receipts, invoices, etc..1 year, Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE): traffic data relating to e-mails; 1 year, Article 5 of Law 25/2007 on the conservation of data relating to electronic communications and public communications networks: traffic data relating to internet connections and data relating to calls sent or received from fixed and mobile telephony; 3 years, Order lNT/1922/2003 on log books and entry forms for travelers in hotel and similar establishments: entry forms/log books must be kept at the disposal of the State Security Forces and Corps; other retention periods stipulated in applicable legislation in force).
During said period of prescription of the actions arising from the processing, we will keep the information duly blocked, without giving it any use, except for making the data available to the judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the competent Public Administrations, in particular the data protection authorities, for the enforcement of possible liabilities arising from the processing and only for the period of prescription of the same.
After said periods, the personal data will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the total destruction of the same.
LEGITIMATION
APARTAMENTOS MARE NOSTRUM,S.L. has the following legitimate bases to be able to treat the personal data
provided by the client/stakeholder as applicable:
Fulfillment of a legal obligation: collection management and issuance of invoices or receipts, are based on a legal obligation.
Consent of the interested party: In relation to the following purposes, the legal basis for the processing of the customer’s/stakeholder’s personal data will be by consent of the customer/stakeholder:
- Management and administration required for the rental of apartments requested by the customer / interested party, as well as the realization of communications necessary to carry out the purpose of treatment, through electronic means (emails) and telephone, in order to make effective such rental.
- All the treatments derived from the rental of our apartments have as legal basis the consent of the client/interested party, from the moment in which the reservation is made.
The withdrawal of the previous consent to carry out the described purposes, will condition the contractual relation between the client/interested party and APARTAMENTOS MARE NOSTRUM,S.L. This withdrawal of consent will be able to communicate it through the electronic mail clientes@mare-nostrum.net.
Answer to the exercise of rights, consultations and claims on the part of the interested party.
Responsible Party’s Legitimate Interest
We may use the personal data provided by the customer/stakeholder to claim and/or take legal action necessary to defend our rights and legitimate interests.
TARGET
No data will be transferred to third parties unless legally required, such as public administrations and public agencies (Treasury, etc.) and / or law enforcement agencies, when required by law or when necessary for the legal protection of our legitimate interests for the purposes of law enforcement.
There are no International Data Transfers.
RIGHTS
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation on if in APARTAMENTOS MARE NOSTRUM,S.L. we are
treating personal data that concern them, or not.
Right of access, rectification and deletion: Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Right of limitation: In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims.
Right to object: In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may oppose the processing of their data. Therefore APARTAMENTOS MARE NOSTRUM,S.L. will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

Right to data portability: The data subject may request the portability of his or her data to another data controller, in which case it will be done as long as the processing is based on lawful consent, the processing is automated and it will be transmitted from controller to controller when technically possible.
Right to withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
Right to file a complaint before the SPANISH DATA PROTECTION AGENCY, when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights or other matters. To contact said Control Authority, you may do so through its web page www.aepd.es.
To exercise these rights, the interested party will have at its disposal a series of models or forms located at www.aepd.es/reglamento/derechos and should send them to APARTAMENTOS MARE NOSTRUM, S.L. clientes@mare-nostrum.net or to the address that appears in the contact details of the RESPONSIBLE PARTY.
Optionally, the interested party may also contact the SPANISH DATA PROTECTION AGENCY (www.aepd.es) to request information on these rights.
In order to process your request to exercise your rights, we may ask you for reasonable information to enable us to confirm your identity, limited to the minimum necessary.
OTHER INFORMATION
APARTAMENTOS MARE NOSTRUM,S.L. will keep professional secrecy of all the information that affects the data, storing them with the due confidentiality and using them only for the specific purposes for which they were facilitated. It shall also take appropriate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access to or unlawful processing of personal data, as well as against accidental loss or destruction of such data. The information is confidential, privileged and processed only by the persons who, as authorized users, have access to the personal data, and any disclosure, distribution or reproduction of the processed information is strictly forbidden.
DATA PROTECTION DELEGATE
Apartamentos Mare Nostrum, S.L. is not obliged to appoint a Data Protection Delegate in accordance with Article 37 of the RGPD and Article 34 of the LOPDGDD. For any questions related to the processing of personal data, you can contact directly with the responsible through the channels indicated at the beginning of this policy.
