What are our booking periods?
The apartments are available for booking from April to September.
How can I reserve an apartment?
On the website, choose the apartment you like, select the dates of your stay and check that it is available. Following the indications on the page you will be able to formalize the reservation.
To confirm your reservation you must proceed to pay 40% of the total amount using the payment methods you have selected. Once the payment is received, we will send you the booking confirmation. You must pay the remaining 60% before entering the apartment.
If you prefer, you can send us an email to clientes@mare-nostrum.net indicating the desired apartment, the dates of stay and your personal information. If the apartment is available you can proceed to book it.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay for your reservation by bank transfer or PayPal.
Once you have chosen the dates and you are going to book the apartment we will ask you to select the payment system you prefer.
The security deposit and tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Can I pay the tourist tax on the website?
We are sorry but this is not possible. The fee has to be paid in cash at the time of arrival at the apartment.
If I cancel my reservation, do I lose my money?
To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival or within 48 hours of booking. In the latter case, you must cancel at least 14 days before the start of your stay.
If you cancel between 7 and 30 days in advance, we charge the amount corresponding to 50% of all nights.
In case you cancel less than 7 days before the start of your stay, we do not refund your payment.
How can I book any of the optional extras?
Optional extras must be added at the time of booking so that we can take them into account. If after finalizing the reservation you decide to rent i.e. bed linen, please send us an email to clientes@mare-nostrum.net so that we have it ready.
From what time can I occupy the apartment?
Our apartments can be occupied from 17.00h to 21.00h. You have to let us know 4 hours in advance your arrival time. We charge you 30€ for every hour you are late after the agreed time.
If you need to enter after 21.00h, you must let us know in advance indicating the time. We charge 50€ to receive you between 21.00h and 24.00h.
If you cannot arrive before 24h you will have to wait until 9h in the morning (and not until 17h) to enter the apartment.
I arrive early, can I occupy the apartment before 17.00?
The apartments are ready to be occupied from 17.00h.
If you let us know in advance, depending on the workload we can see if it is possible to advance the entry.
In case you want to occupy the apartment before 13.00h, and it is possible to prepare it, we charge 50% of the daily rate. If you wish to occupy the apartment between 13.00h and 17.00h and we have time to have it ready, we charge 20% of the daily rate.
What time do I have to leave the apartment?
Departure from the apartment must be done before 11.00h (AM).
